Packing Machine System for Powder
The packing line can be powder feeding, filling, capping, induction sealing and labelling, bottle collecting etc automatic with high speed and accuracy. Whole line will consist of below equipment:
1.Turn table (Unscrambling table /collecting table )
The machine can line up the empty can/bottle and feeding them to the filling machine or used for filled bottle collecting. Stainless steel structure. Suitable for round type container .
2.Inclined screw conveyor ( with vibrator hopper )
Characteristics:
² Made of SS304, inner auger fixed or unloading easily without tools,easy to cleaning
² Standard model with 2 motors one for feeding and another for vibrator. The agitator device can be added for non-flow material to break bridging , separately controlled
² The screw can rotate CW and CCW direction for feeding and discharge remaining material after finished work. On the bottom of the trough, there have a discharge exit can open for the remaining material easy out
² Work automatic by the level sensor which fixed on the hopper of auger filler
² Standard model with transparent cover for avoid dust falling into hopper. Put under the
Mixer , the cover change to SS material with infeed hole to soft connect with the mixer discharge
