2. The Principle Of Working
The tester uses MCU(Micoprocessor Control Unit) control, with LCD display (Chinese&English) motor-driven about step motor, high precision in rotary speed, the motor applicable to slow start and eliminate inertia speed error is very small. So that can meet the user to do all kinds of physical testing. When the tester working, the charged drum rotating, in the drum, the drug samples on the lead of tailgate, keeping rolling, sliding and repeatedly falling to the axis from the drum wall or drop to the other drug samples, so that Samples were seized constant friction, vibration and impact. 4. How to Use
a) In the back of the tester, make the tester power line to be pluged in the power source, and then open the power switch: blue LCD screen lighting.
b) Open the left and right drum cover: hold the drum cover metal handle, light press it into inside and rotate it in the anti-clockwise, you can open the cover.
c) Put the drugs into drum, loading the drum cover, hold the metal handle, press handle axis into the shaft hole, and rotate it in the clockwise to close the cover.
d) Press the "start" button, the tester drum will be starting working at the speed of 25r/min. the tester can automatic count the circles of drum. And the tester will be automatic stopped and alarmed when the drum rotation up to 100 circles. If the user has a specific requirement about the circle, it can be set on the panel. Method: press the "programming key" with 2 seconds to enter the menu option, change the set of content by "key plus" or "minus key". Press "Enter" , finish , press "Exit", end.
e) Open the cover, take out the drug, and check the test results. (After the cover handle rotated in the anti-clockwise, can be unloaded it together with the drum.)
f) For the test to continue, then repeat steps 2-5.
g) If the test is not the same day, please turn off "power" switch in the back of the tester. Then unload the drum, clean or wipe drum inside and outside with a soft cloth to keep the tester clean.
5. Pay Attention:
a) The tester should be horizontal placed on the clean table.
b) Must be used the three-pin plug to ensure good ground connection.
c) Not to open the drum cover when drum rotating .
d) When installing the drum after the drum unloaded and washed or wiped, please pay attention not to exchange the left drum and right drum.
